I wish I had gotten the technician's name but I had called Brandy's for a lock-out on 01/13/2025 and had wonderful and quick service. After having called a few places in the area in the AM, even a competitor located in Valparaiso recommended Brandy's. I wish I'd have known to check here sooner but the technician was at my home within an hour and the service was more than affordable! He was very down to earth and understanding of our situation, leading to my five star review.

I’ve been a Brandys customer for 20 years or so. I’ve had them make all of my keys along with getting all of the locks for my home through them. I recently found myself In a situation with an older truck I’m playing with. The ignition was changed and I had no door keys. I did however have the original ignition lock. I stopped in on a Saturday morning with it. In 5 minutes I had keys for my doors and a plan to get the ignition back to the same key. The prices for their services always surprise me as to how inexpensive they are. They truly are one of those great, honest, family run businesses that take pride in their work.

I really appreciated the help given to me that Brandy's tried helping me with getting a key fob programmed. It failed, but only because the car system is not working properly. They were very generous with their time and was not charged for their checking the system. Customer for life now!

I locked my keys in my car ((yet again)) far far from home and the gas station I was at suggested Brandy's. I'm so thankful they did! They didn't try to pry my door open and break a bunch of stuff in the process. They drove out in uniform and expertly worked my door lock like those spies in the old movies. I was back on the road in no time. I am so thankful places like these exist for dummies like me. Thank you for being so incredible, professional, knowledgeable and NICE!

Will return for future key services. They were very nice and informative. They cut 2 key blanks that I bought off Amazon for my motorcycle. They told me that they actually have the blank for my motorcycle, for cheaper than I paid from Amazon.
