Chris maintained a high level of professionalism at all times. He was not only well-versed in his own products but also demonstrated a strong understanding of other equipment being used on the job site, even those he doesn’t carry. His expertise and willingness to assist made a significant impact, and I couldn’t ask for a more helpful technician. I will definitely be working with him again on future projects.

I called 45 min before close, on a Saturday, locked out of my place. They helped immediately!! Chris came out within 10 minutes, professional, personable and worked quickly. He was wonderful! Explained what he was doing every step of the way. Life savers is what Goldy Locks is!! A+ service. Chris was the best!
