Went for a hair cut and my scalp was itchy for 7 days by Roberto. Decided to go back with a different guy named Jose and he had no care in the world while he was cutting my hair. He had more interest on who was passing by outside the shop he also left the back of my neck scratched up which never happened to me anywhere else.

Took my son for a haircut from Rob. He has bushy, curly hair and likes to wear it thick. Asked for a short trim/buzz on the sides and just an inch off the rest. His hair ended up coming out perfect, shaped nicely around the contours of his head and framing his face nicely. A+, one of the nicest haircuts he's ever had.

I started going to Navid about a year ago. He was highly recommended by a friend of mine, and I’m so glad I did. So much so that whenever I drive in from Michigan, I make sure to wait to get a haircut by Navid. Not only does he provide an exceptional cut, but he also offers tremendous service, and his attention to detail is what everyone wants from their barber. I would recommend Navid to anyone!

I just posted a 5* review under my other account because Rob did an amazing job and gave my son an excellent cut and deserved a 5* review. Rob was busy and so we went with Navid this time figuring it's a simple cut. Buzz on the sides, 1" off the top and back keeping it all the same length. Just replicate the haircut he currently had.
Navid absolutley butchered the same cut. He buzzed the sides, kept the top and back long but tried to fade it in at the top sides which DOES NOT work. For anyone that has ever cut hair in their life, you can't just do any style on any head. Every cut needs to be contoured differently to fit with a certain head and face shape. Navid tried to execute a haircut maybe he's done in the past with zero consideration for my son's hair type, thickness, head shape, face shape or anything. No stylist would ever let someone out of their chair and look at this with anything but shame.
Rob, given the exact same direction with the exact same person, with the exact same hair just 2 months earlier, absolutely perfect. Navid, with the same direction (and a current haircut to follow) came up with an abomination. When we asked him about why it looked so bad, he was dismissive, blaming my son's hair and head, saying he just did what we told him to do. "what do you want me to do about it?" were his words.
No vision. No artistry. There was nothing that could be done to fix it except cut it all super short but there was no way we were going to have this guy make a bad thing worse.
Terrible cut. Terrible style. Terrible attitude.

This was the worst haircut and beard trim I ever received, which is ironic because the guy cutting my hair told me he was a “master barber” of 6 years. In reality I was robbed of $40.
I had been growing out my beard for over a year and asked for a trim to even it out/line it up. The first thing he did was buzz it down to almost skin level, completely destroying the beard I had been growing out.
I had also asked for a scissor trim on my hair to take about a half inch off and somehow walked out with a mullet. I’ve since had to find another barber to fix my hair because Jefes did such a horrible job and didn’t do a thing I asked for.
If you made it this far into my review I’ll give you some free advice I wish I had before coming here: if you walk into a barber shop and 50% of them are bald and the other 50% all have the same bad haircut, it’s probably not a place you should let touch your hair
