I absolutely loved this key kiosk. It was very easy and simple to use and I love the difference options and designs, I will most definitely be using this again and recommend this to everyone! 10stars!

I paid $19 at a kiosk in jewel for 3 keys, and they still had burrs on the edges. They work okay, and it was convenient to be able to walk in and walk out with new keys in less than 10 min, but I kind of wish I had gone to Home Depot or something instead.

Kiosk inside Jewel Grocery Store. $9 to copy a regular Kwikset key and it did not work! Exorbitant price and poor product. Customer service did process a refund with little fuss but at $9 a key, it should work. I have used the machine within Home Depot (different company) and it worked fine at 1/3 the cost of KeyMe! Never again.

I called and let the person on phone know that Iโm locked out AND need a key. When the guy came in I was told that because itโs a commercial lock or something, the service doesnโt work the same way and I canโt get a key. Basically I paid $29 for literally NOTHING. Ended up getting no service at all. The company shouldโve asked me more detailed questions to determine if they can even help me out in the first place.

Mark came in less than 20 minutes and was fast and efficient. I had an overall great experience with this company!
