If I could leave negative stars - I would. The worst experience from a locksmith and in customer service in general EVER. Overcharged, damaged our door, and now dodging our calls and won’t rectify the problem. When we try to contact the business and their customer service they just talk over you and do not listen whatsoever. Avoid this business at all costs unless you want to be paying for terrible service in addition to the cost of damage you’ll probably have to repair on top of that. It is unbelievable the damage they caused. The individual that “completed” the service was unprofessional and purposefully vague. This business should not even be labeled a business - IT IS A SCAM!
Update: They spam called me 10min after writing this review. Still could not provide a solution and wasted my time. I provided all the info they provided me and they “couldn’t find the work order.” They have a faulty system that does not keep their employees accountable nor themselves as a “business” accountable. ALSO THE phone numbers they call from that are supposedly customer service are scam numbers.

Needed a set of keys for my pet sitter, and the kiosk was easy to use! My new keys were cut quickly as well. I recommend this for those who need new keys fast.

India call center! Do not use. 0/10. They are based in India! They completely ruined my locks for rekey on my house and they charged me $600. Then they key didn’t work on one of the doors. I tried to call KeyMe to help and they kept loping me to service and was on hold for over an hour. Tried calling again and same thing. Called to ask for a refund - same. Got no one to talk to. Then I hired another locksmith to rekey since I didn’t trust anything they did and to fix the lock KeyMe broke. Charged only $200 for much more professional service.
Absolute worst and unprofessional for KeyMe so not use.

A little expensive but the convenience makes it worth it in the long run. I’ve had keys made by people at hardware stores and they always take a little warming up even need to recut. These worked like the originals first time trying.

Made a two keys that work way better than the original! The new ones looked sharper/different so I was dubious, but they are actually so good. Thank you!
