I had some important items stuck inside a key safe that needed drilling open. Luis took care of the job in no time and when I offered to pay, just said to call them again when I had a bigger job. That kind of friendly service means a lot to me and now this store is going to have one more repeat customer down the line.

Overall, great experience with Nonstop Locksmith. Denise was responsive and helpful in the initial communication. Quote/site visit for upgrade of an existing single family home intercom was scheduled quickly. Nick was prompt and efficient on both the day of the initial visit and the install day. Product was installed without any problems and works as expected. Would recommend without reservation!

Prompt and efficient service! I had to replace the locks on my home rather suddenly and Non Stop Locksmith was very helpful in getting a technician to my house ASAP. The technician was very efficient and took under 30 minutes to replace my lights cos and give me new keys. Would definitely recommend Non Stop Locksmith, great company :)

Look nowhere else. Mike was extremely nice and exceeded my expectations. I had a number of small door/lock related issues and he resolved them in no time. I highly recommend and will return to Nonstop for all future needs.

I’d like to leave a good review because the service started off well, but my experience since has been bad and frustrating. When the tech finished our install, he took our storm door handle to find a match and later quoted $400 for a replacement. We decided it wasn’t worth it, as we only needed the door to close, not lock, and asked for the handle back. They said they’d drop it off several times but never did, then stopped replying after my third follow-up. Calling the office didn’t help, they just said they'd return my call and never did. It feels like they’re holding our handle hostage unless we pay the $400. I have since found the same hardware online for $50, so I guess we'll be buying new and installing it ourselves. Seeing that ludicrous upcharge only added insult to injury. This is all particularly disappointing after spending $1.5k on their services. I am giving up on getting it back, and next time I need a locksmith, I’ll find someone else.
