These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and the services provided by Illinois Deals Initiative, operated by Digital Marketing Lifestyle powered by All In One Portal, Limited Liability Companies formed in Illinois, United States (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Site.

Directory Listings

Businesses listed in the directory are either submitted by the business owners themselves or are collected from publicly available sources. We do not endorse or verify the accuracy of the listings and are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the information provided. It is the responsibility of the business owners to ensure that their listings are accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to edit, refuse, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.

User-Generated Content

The Site may allow users to submit reviews, comments, and other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You also grant us the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if we choose.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify us for all claims resulting from content you supply. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any activity or content at our sole discretion.

Prohibited Activities

• Using the Site for any commercial solicitation purposes.
• Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to without limitation by any automated or non-automated “scraping”;
• Using any automated system, including “robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” to access the Site in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional online web browser;
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Site;
• Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the Site;
• Collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Site;
• Using the Site for any commercial solicitation purposes without our prior written consent;
• Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, or attempting to hide or misrepresent the origin of any content provided by you;
• Accessing any content on the Site through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Site;
• Bypassing the measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Site, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on the use of the Site or the content therein.

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Illinois Deals Initiative or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of Illinois Deals Initiative, with copyright authorship for this collection by Illinois Deals Initiative, and protected by international copyright laws.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Site. You expressly agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site, its servers, or emails sent from us are free of viruses or other harmful components. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Illinois Deals Initiative, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Site using your account.

SMS Campaigns

This campaign is used to send appointment confirmations and links, account information, product information, marketing messages, help requests, webchat widget responses plus opt-in and opt-out confirmations. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the short code. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to hi@illinoisdeals.org. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Modifications to the Site and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Site (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Illinois, United States without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Illinois for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified so that it is valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Illinois Deals Initiative concerning the Site and supersede all prior agreements, discussions, or understandings, whether written or oral.
